The most common issue with logging in to the Housing Portal is the ability to reset a password. In some instances when using a high school email address the reset password may not be delivered. Once you receive your GatorLink following Decision Day, you will be able to log in using these credentials.

▸ How do I create a roommate pair? The initial step in forming a roommate pair involves completing the roommate profile in the Housing Portal. The process proceeds to selecting a roommate, which can be accomplished through three methods: searching by details, profile responses, or suggested roommates. It is recommended to communicate with your roommate to ensure similar living preferences. Once you’ve decided to be roommates, one person will create a roommate pair by sending an invitation to the other. Once the invitation is accepted, you are officially roommates.
▸ When will I be able to select my room?Room selection priority for students is based on the date in which both the completed application and a $25 non-refundable application processing fee are received.
For students who have created roommate pairs, the roommate with the earliest room selection appointment may select the spaces for the roommate pair.
▸ May I have more than one other person in my roommate pair? For the most available room select ion , roommates are grouped in pairs . Please note that two pairs may room together . We encourage you to have an open line of communication with all prospective roommates.
▸ When am I able to move-in?We can’t wait to welcome you to campus! To be prepared, bookmark the Move-In page to review important reminders and considerations before you arrive. Move-in appointments will be visible in the Housing Portal and if an appointment needs to be adjusted please contact us.
